Description

The aim is to procure an effective and reliable reactive repair service that enables the Employer's buildings to remain fully operational ensuring permanent repairs are completed to prevent further deterioration of the Employer's assets. The Contractor shall be proactive in advising when repairs are required in order that future expensive reactive works are prevented and that minor repair items do not significantly deteriorate, the Employer's buildings must be wind and water tight. The specification covers minimum requirements for Fabric services, there will be instances where alterations may be required or even quotations for more specialist restoration works. These will be covered by a separate quotation
