Description

The Contract primarily involves the replacement of existing windows with new triple glazed aluminium clad windows to tenant occupied flats and double glazed aluminium clad windows to common close areas throughout the east end of Paisley, Renfrewshire. Subject to successful completion of the 2023-2024 Programme of surveys and works, the Contract may be extended by two further years in twelve month increments from the completion date for Williamsburgh Housing Association’s 2024-2026 Programmes by applying the tender rates with a negotiated inflationary increase not exceeding the Consumer Price Index uplift between the tender base date and 1st January 2024 (Year 2) and 1st January 2025 (Year 3) capped at a maximum annual uplift of 7%.
