Description

The Ostara service, operated by Newcastle City Council (NCC), provides home care support to around 3,000 customers. We are looking to procure a reliable and efficient care call solution, with the potential to develop it alongside new telecare, telehealth, and lone worker solutions. Our goal is to improve our capability to integrate existing equipment with emerging technologies such as apps, videos, and chatbots. We are dedicated to delivering the best possible solutions for our customers while reducing risks in line with our service requirements. Sessions have been made available for suppliers to provide insight and propose their solution to our clients. These sessions will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
