NHSScotland are in the process of starting the procurement process for the replacement of a number of NHSScotland Consultant Frameworks and would welcome engagement with potential framework providers to fully shape the procurement strategy. These frameworks may include lead advisor (multi-disciplinary consultant), project managers, cost consultants and other consultancy services to be determined following analysis and engagement with users of the framework(s). Lot 1: NHSScotland Consultant Frameworks - Early Market Engagement This is not a call for competition, it is early market engagement. NHSScotland are considering the most appropriate way to procure their frameworks which includes services such as Lead Advisor, Project Managers and Cost Consultants. There is a need to review fitness for purpose and consider best practice within the industry before finalising the procurement strategy and commencing procurement activities in full.
