Cornwall Council is seeking market feedback on a proposed Software as a Service (SaaS) Site Analysis & Evaluation Tool to support preparation of the Cornwall Local Plan. The soft market test aims to understand supplier capability, market capacity, implementation approaches, data migration requirements, commercial models and potential procurement considerations before commencing a formal procurement process.
