BEAR Scotland is seeking to engage a diverse range of civil engineering and technical disciplines to support the delivery of its expanding portfolio across Scotland’s strategic road network. We are interested in partnering with organisations that can provide expertise across key investigation and design tasks, including (but not limited to): Structural design and assessment/inspection Geotechnical engineering, design and certification River engineering design and assessment including scour assessment and protection, hydrology geomorphology, Specialist technical consultancy. Suppliers with capabilities in digital solutions, surveying, inspection, and design support are encouraged to participate. Our framework aims to foster long-term, collaborative relationships with high-performing suppliers who share our values around safety, quality, sustainability, and innovation. By working together, we aim to deliver efficient, resilient, and future-ready infrastructure solutions for Scotland’s transport network. We welcome expressions of interest from organisations of all sizes who can demonstrate technical excellence, strong delivery capability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Potential SubConsultants are requested to complete and submit Form 050 SubContractor Assessment Form to the person and email address listed within this notice. Following the review of the Assessment to ensure suitable competency and capability, project requiring an external design input will be tendered on a scheme specific basis to those capable of undertaking the specialism required.
