Hull City Council (The Authority) on behalf of Humber Bridge Board is advertising an opportunity from the Engineering & Regeneration Professional Services Framework using Direct Award in special circumstance within Lot 1c - Complex Bridges to provide consultancy services for Barrier Safety Improvement Scheme (BSIS) Client Support Services at Kingston upon Hull. The contract is anticipated to commence on 27th July 2026 ending by 27th July 2028. The Authority has estimated the overall value of the Services to be £250,000. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
