Dynamic purchasing system for consulting assistance related to digitisation

Stavanger kommune [Stavanger municipality] hereby invites interested tenderers to apply for qualification to the dynamic purchasing system for consultancy assistance related to digitisation. We have extensive activity in the area, both at local and national level, and will at times need consulting assistance in project work, project management, digitisation, processes and operational improvement. Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/183058394.aspx Lot 1: Scope This includes, but is not limited to, the following: - procurement and commissioning of new professional systems - commissioning national components and systems - development and/or procurement of digital systems and services towards inhabitants and industry and commerce - IoT project - digitisation and operational improvement - competence increasing activities within digitization. Typical work tasks include, but are not limited to: - follow-up, control and management of projects - management of the development team - internal coordination and management for departments and users of digital systems - coordination and management of digital systems, professional systems, and work processes - coordination towards the suppliers and the supplier's associated projects - coordination of the implementation of DPIAS and ROS with the system responsible and the data protection consultant - planning and coordinating the implementation and training of employees - mapping and visualisation of work processes, showing and facilitating operational improvement - improvement and implementation work related to digitisation - improve the methodology and processes for digitisation - develop, improve and implement competence increasing activities related to digitisation and digital transformation Users Stavanger municipality has an esablished secretariat for the dynamic purchasing system. Call-offs against the system can also be made by Stavanger municipality for DIGI Rogaland. Digi Rogaland is a collaboration between all the municipalities in Rogaland. The municipalities will develop and use new digital systems through the collaboration, so that all whose who live in Rogaland have equal access to digital municipal services. In Digi Rogaland the municipalities shall together find good solutions for inhabitants in the entire region. All of the 23 municipalities included in the Digi Rogaland collaboration will be able to use this DPS. All the municipalities will be free to choose whether they will make call-offs under the DPS. Internal resources The dynamic purchasing system shall give us access to external human resources for one or more of the areas, or, if we have a need in busy periods, or need to supplement our own human resources with a larger team. We would like to facilitate cooperation between consultants and internal experts. This will vary however from call-off to call-off.
