Description

Waterford City and County Council plan on converting the disused railway line between Dungarvan and Waterford City into a Greenway for cycling and walking. The Council wishes to appoint a Consultant to develop design proposals for structures required where the Déise Greenway crosses the N25. The consultant will be required to deliver the following: A number of design options for each structure. An Options Report as described in Appendix A of NRA BD 2/09. A Structures Preliminary Design Report in accordance with NRA BD 2/09. A topographical survey at each location. The consultant will be responsible for the procurement and supervision of a geotechnical specialist. A structures Preliminary Design Report in accordance with NRA BD 2/09. Delivery of an NRA approved Technical Acceptance Report as described in NRA BD2/09. Detail Design of each structure. Detailed Tender Documents for an Employer designed tender process. Check certificates in accordance with NRA BD 2/09. The consultant will be appointed Project Supervisor Design Phase.
