Remove the existing floor tiling in the areas indicated in the attached floor plans, to ISO Safety Standard 17020, provide inspection to ISO Safety Standard 17020 & certification for same, encapsulating the existing (ACM) floor adhesive with nominal 3mm ‘Eurocol 902 Europlan NL’ floor levelling compound, and the supply & installation of new ‘Forbo – Surestep R10’ Original Vinyl Flooring in ‘Seagreen 172782’or other client/architect-approved colour, all in strict accordance with manufacturers guidelines & recommendations, with c.400mm contrasting colour band around the entire perimeter of each room in the same ‘Forbo – Surestep R10’ material in client/architect-approved contrasting colour, with an c.800mm deep strip of ‘Forbo – Safestep R12’ Vinyl Flooring along the entire kitchen countertop – nominal area of 4000mm x 800mm.
