This is a prior information notice in relation to the provision of pension administration services and systems as a managed service for a new Central Processing Authority which is to be established as a statutory agency to operate and act as custodian for the Auto-Enrolment Retirement Savings Scheme being developed by the Department of Social Protection (Government of Ireland). The Department of Social Protection is notifying the market for interested parties with the expertise and skills to provide a suitable pensions administration solution and all associated administrative and support services, including customer support services, as a fully managed service to this Central Processing Authority. Please do not respond to this notice. It is a Prior Information Notice only, and the full information on the tender will be available in the Request for Tender when it is published. Lot 1: This is a prior information notice in relation to the provision of pension administration services and systems as a managed service for a new Central Processing Authority which is to be established as a statutory agency to operate and act as custodian for the Auto-Enrolment Retirement Savings Scheme being developed by the Department of Social Protection (Government of Ireland). Automatic Enrolment (AE) is a State-sponsored, quality assured, supplementary retirement savings system, which will apply to all employees who meet certain criteria on a semi-compulsory basis. The Department of Social Protection is notifying the market for interested parties with the expertise and skills to cover (i) The provision of a managed full-service solution covering: a. Business administration processes relating to AE, including but not limited to enrolment of participants in the scheme, collection of contributions, processing of arrears, scheme opt outs, suspension of participation, re-enrolment in the scheme, and electronic notifications to payroll providers. b. All processes from when reconciled contributions are registered to an individual account, including but not limited to individual accounts management. (ii) The provision of full customer support services, including but not limited to an omni-channel support and provision of employer support to include an employer portal or interface. (iii) The provision and operation of a pension administration system with the requisite functionality for the Irish AE system, including any customisation work needed, and all required systems support for the AE administration.
