Alterations to existing sheltered housing complex. With changes to internal layout of ground floor to create new kitchen, with slapping to outside walls and changes to internal load bearing partition. With construction of new non load bearing partitions. Lot 1: 2. The proposals comprise internal alterations to the ground and first floors of the existing property. The works include the relocation and enlargement to a new commercial kitchen area, along with the creation of a new storage space, as detailed in the drawings prepared by MAST Architects. 3. The proposed site start date is to be confirmed. The contract period will be as defined within the contract documentation. A minimum period of four weeks will be allowed between the appointment of the Principal Contractor and the formal instruction to commence works on site. 4.
