Hard FM - Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance

Description

Planned Preventative & Reactive Maintenance activities across the whole of Aberdeenshire Council's property estate, including the provision of a service desk function. Lot 1: This procurement is for a single contractor to deliver a full Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance service across Aberdeenshire Council's entire portfolio of operations and non operational building and land assets. The provision of a 24/7/365 service desk is required as part of this service. Whilst the Council wishes to contract directly with one party, consortia bids, joint ventures, bids based on a management and subcontracting structure etc are welcome. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
