Legionella Sampling, Analysis, Cleaning and Disinfection Services Contract for South East Technological University

Description

The tender relates to the provision of a quarterly scheduled Legionella sampling and analysis programme for South East Technological University at its Kilkenny Road Campus, Carlow, and Summerhill Road Campus, Wexford. The scope of services includes the sampling and laboratory analysis of water systems to assess the presence and risk of Legionella. Based on the analyses findings additional remedial works may be required such as the cleaning and disinfection of cold water storage tanks, as well as hot and cold water services. Where disinfection is undertaken, the contract will also include follow-up sampling and analysis to verify the effectiveness of the remedial measures.
