Tipperary ETB is constructing a Training Kitchen in the Training Centre at Archerstown, Thurles Co Tipperary. The Kitchen facility, when operational, will enable Tipperary ETB to provide a range of catering courses with facilities to train a class of 16 students at one time. TETB will offer courses such as Hospitality Operations. This tender also includes for catering equipment for the upgrade of the current canteen in the Training Centre in Archerstown, Thurles. A tender for works to construct the training kitchen and upgrade the canteen has been published separately.
