Description

Dublin City Council seeks to award a contract for the design and development of a suite of five customised e-modules on the themes of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace; and Racial, LGBT+, Disability and Age-related Inclusion in the Workplace for delivery to all Council employees through our e-learning platform, as well as 300 copies in full colour booklet format. The e-modules must be compatible with and fully integrated into our Totara learning management platform and mobile application via one of the following formats, SCORM 1.2, AICC, or xAPI (requires integration to a Learning Record Store), and they and the booklets must be accessible to employees with disabilities. The target date for making these e-modules available to all staff is Q3 2022. All content must satisfy the “Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust” accessibility objectives in compliance with the European Union (Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies) Regulations 2020. Successful tenderers must comply with Dublin City Council’s Third Party security policy which is available on request. Dublin City Council proposes to award a contract for 3 months, for the provision of e-module design services as outlined above.
