Supply of Two (2) X Heavy Haulage, Double-Drive 6x4 Articulated Truck Units and Two (2) X Heavy Haulage Trailers to the Defence Forces.

Description

The Minister for Defence Ireland has a requirement for the Supply and Delivery to the Department of Defence (Defence Forces), of Two (2) x New Heavy Haulage, Double Drive 6x4 Articulated Trucks Units and Two (2) X Heavy Haulage Trailer as per specifications. The successful tenderer in Lot 1 must accept as a “trade in” against the two (2) truck purchases the following: (a) MERCEDES ACTROS 2643 LS Reg: 02D74029 (b) MERCEDES ACTROS 2643 LS Reg: 02D 74024 (please note this truck is fitted with a Hiab Crane). This public procurement competition will be divided into lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract. LOT 1: Two (2) New Heavy Haulage, Double Drive 6x4 Articulated trucks Units. LOT 2: One (1) 3 axle Low bed trailer with Payload : Greater than 46,000 Kgs LOT 3: One (1) 4 axle Semi low bed trailer with Payload : Greater than 46,000 Kgs
