Description

Tromsø Municipality will enter into a framework agreement for legal services. Legal services means the following services: 1. Legal assistance: i. Legal assistance in specific cases or on a general basis, and ii. Representation in dispute cases, e.g. negotiations and court cases The framework agreement is mainly intended to cover legal assistance within the following areas of law: a. Contracting law b. Public procurements c. Competition law In addition, the tenderer must anticipate that there may be a need for legal services in other areas of law. Lot 1: For a further description of the assignment, see point 1.4 above - as well as the tender documentation with attachments. Note that Tromsø municipality estimates the value of the framework agreement to be NOK 4,500,000 – 6,000,000 excluding VAT over a period of 4 years (2+1+1). The maximum value is set at NOK 6,900,000 excluding VAT.
