2017 Annual online voter register of electors awareness campaign

Description

This campaign is a coordinated, pro-active online and social-media campaign, within Ireland, to engage various sectors and audiences encouraging more and more people to check their voter details on the register of electors. In particular younger people(male and female 17+) that may need to register for the first time, people that have had a change of residence within the last year (students, renters, house buyers, returning emigrants, newly arrived immigrants etc..) and people that may have a change in entitlement to vote(such as attaining Irish citizenship). It should have a geographical spread throughout Ireland. It should be suitable for both desktop and handheld devices across browsers and operating systems. It is supported by one day of newspaper advertisements and a poster campaign, neither of which should be included in this proposal. The campaign is to be delivered through online and social media platforms. The campaign aims to: • Encourage individuals to check their registration details on www.checktheregister.ie and notify the relevant registration authority of any changes needed using the appropriate forms. Tenders should fully complete the tender for quotes document attached to this RFT. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender matching the specification. Tenderers are encouraged to make suggestions for the campaign.
