Description

As part of its Cyber Security End User Awareness e-Learning programme, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage wishes to roll out dedicated Cyber Security End User Awareness training platform to an estimated 1700 staff. A rich and varied supply of material is required in order for us to deliver a comprehensive general cyber security programme whilst also giving us the ability to deliver subject specific and bespoke when required. Content material should be provided in a structured, plain English manner and should be delivered in a variety of forms (e.g. videos, text, interactive) to ensure staff engagement through the training. Tenderers must provide a comprehensive list of topics covered. The training material available must cover all of the key aspects of cyber security including, but not limited to, the following topics in particular: 1. Threats to information security (internal and external), including examples of what organisations do to protect assets 2. Ransomware 3. Malware 4. Phishing and Identifying email scams 5. Safe web browsing 6. Social media 7. Financial scams 8. Spotting malicious activity 9. Physical security 10. Action to take if suspicious communications/technical behaviour is encountered Amongst the minimum requirements is that the system allows for bespoke training to be designed independently through the coordination of various modules by staff in the Department who can access the administration area. Tenderers must outline how this design module operates in their response. The system must also be flexible to training amendments. Tenderers must confirm that the e-learning modules can be branded with the Department’s logo and outline if the training can be tailored to link to or include questions on the Department’s various ICT policies. The ability to test end users must also be demonstrated. Furthermore the Department requires the ability to conduct testing of appropriate topics covered through simulated exercises.
