Nairn Out of Hours Service

Description

NHS Highland requires a GP Medical Cover within Out of Hours service (and Minor Injuries Unit - MIU) within Nairn & Ardersier. Full service specification indicates needs for one Duty Doctor between the following hours – Monday to Saturday - 18.00 – 08.00 = 5 x 14 hours Saturday and Sunday – 08.00 – 08.00 = 2 x 24 hours Public Holidays 24 hour provision as determined by the Authority each year. Lot 1: This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice to indicate that NHS Highland intend to Direct Award a Contract for the Provision of GP Medical Cover within Out of Hours service (and Minor Injuries Unit - MIU) within Nairn & Ardersier. The Contract is expected to be in place for 12 months with an option to extend for a further up to 36 months to ensure continuity of this essential service.
