Description

The Department for Economy is preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract for a Case Management System (CMS) and public portal to replace the current line of business system that supports the Office of Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal (OITFET) business workflow and processes. The contract duration is estimated to be between five and ten years. The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to bidders. Prior to initiating the procurement, DfE wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process.
