The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 10am, 9th of April 2018. <br /> <br />St Edmundsbury Borough Council on behalf of the West Suffolk Property Board is looking to commission consultants to undertake Public Assets Studies (PAS) for the towns of Clare and Newmarket and, alongside, initial business cases for combined public services hub(s) in both towns at some of the sites covered by the studies. A combined piece of consultancy for the PAS and hub business case is offered as a single lot for each town. <br /> <br />There are two separate Lots in this procurement exercise; i.e. Lot 1: Newmarket; Lot 2: Clare . You can apply for one Lot of both Lots. <br /> <br /> <br />This opportunity is available in the `Current Tenders` area of http://www.suffolksourcing.uk/ portal.
