Design, Print & Distribution of "Neighbourhood News" Magazine

West Kent Housing Association are seeking a supply partner to deliver the design, print and distribution of its Neighbourhood News magazine, produced three times a year . The magazine contains good news stories and important business messages and updates. It includes some use of stock imagery, to be purchased as and when required by the successful provider and included within the quote provided. It is sent to all our stock, excluding leaseholders. The magazine is produced in a standard A4 format of 12-16 pages, with large print (A3) versions for residents who need it. The summer magazine also includes a printed copy of our residents' annual report, which is approximately 28 pages. The full details of the services are set out in the specification.
