Description

The contracting authority requests tenders for a framework agreement for inspections in accordance the Act and Regulations relating to Prevention of the Harmful Effects of Tobacco. Regionalt Innkjøp i Kongsvingerregionen (RIIK) is holding the tender contest, signing the contract and is the contract administrator on behalf of the following municipalities and intermunicipal companies (henceforth also referred to as the customers): — Eidskog Municipality — Grue Municipality — Kongsvinger Municipality — Nord-Odal Municipality — Sør-Odal Municipality — Våler Municipality — Åsnes Municipality The assignment includes inspections of points of sale for alcohol and tobacco and licensed premises in the municipalities, as well as the possibilities for ordering additional/expanded inspections for the customers in accordance with requirements. The provider must prepare a plan for annual inspections, conduct inspections in accordance with the plan (if required by additional orders) and submit reports after inspections have been made. As of May 2020, the assignment included the following total number of licensed premises and points of sale in the municipalities: — 48 points of sale for alcohol and tobacco, — 76 public houses with licence to sell alcohol, — 21 points of sale for tobacco.
