Implementation of sales and alcohol License Inspections

Description

INSS will use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier of inspection of alcohol license inspections and alcohol sales locations, sales locations for tobacco with an option for infection control. The purpose of the Sales and Alcohol License Inspection Committee is to contribute to the sales and serving of alcoholic beverages taking place within the limits of applicable laws and regulations, and that the Tobacco Control Act is upheld at the relevant sales and licensed premises. The tenderer must at all times maintain the framework conditions from the municipalities, including any changes in political alcoholic guidelines and sales and serving times. The Norwegian Act on the sale of alcoholic beverages and the Tobacco Control Act formed the basis for the inspection service. Sales and alcohol license inspections will be carried out annually in accordance with the minimum requirements of the legislation.
