The procurement concerns the commencement of a new contract for the performance of sales and alcohol licensing and tobacco controls Lot 1: The procurement concerns the commencement of a new contract for the performance of sales and and alcohol licensing and tobacco controls as stated in the provisions, requirements and conditions described in this tender documentation with annexes. Controls will take place of both permanent sales and licenses premises, and locations that are allocated sales and alcohol licensing for an individual occasions and ambulatory licenses. The sales and alcohol license control will be performed pursuant to eh Alcohol Act § 1-9 and the Alcohol Regulation chapter 9. Supervision is also required to ensure that registered retailers comply with the provisions of the Tobacco Control Act.
