Hywel Dda Health Board ("HDUHB") has awarded a contract for the provision of a Crowdstrike LogScale Platform across the Health Board. This contract is essential to the functionality of the Health Boards Cyber Security team as it facilitates the capturing of logs, identifies cyber incidents and responds to incidents as and when they occur to support the optimisation of services. The solution is also a requirement for the HDUHB to ensure they are complying with Network Information Systems Regulations. The NHS Shared Business Services ("SBS") framework agreement (SBS/19/AB/WAB/9411) is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation. This framework includes several potential providers who have achieved inclusion on the framework following a qualification process and procurement approached the three suppliers with links to the Welsh economy.
