Akershus University Hospital (Ahus) would like to procure 3 incubators for neonatal intensive care at Akershus University Hospital for the University Hospital Trust. The neonatal intensive care unit cares for sick newborns and premature newborns. Sick newborn infants are transferred to our department from the maternity ward, as well as from other hospitals. Lot 1: The aim is procure 3 incubators for neonatal intensive care at Akershus University Hospital Trust. The neonatal intensive care department at the Maternity Ward (Norwegian: BUK) at Ahus cares for sick newborn infants and babies that are born too early (premature infants). Sick newborn infants are transferred to our department from the maternity ward, as well as from other hospitals. The neonatal intensive care department handles premature and sick newborn infants from gestation week 26. The contracting authority would like an option for service and maintenance in accordance with the Southern Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority's service contract levels 0 and 1. This option can be taken up before the guarantee period expires. The incubators will be delivered complete with all necessary equipment. The contracting authority expects a lifetime of at least 10 years. In addition, options are desired for incubators, transport units and training for users and super-users for the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, c/o Akershus University Hospital Trust, Sørlandet Hospital Trust, Vestfold Hospital Trust, Vestre Viken Hospital Trust, Telemark Hospital Trust. Østfold Hospital Trust, Innlandet Hospital Trust, and Oslo University Hospital Trust. The contracting authority uses eBevis in this contest. eBevis enables the contracting authority to electronically obtain information that documents fulfilment of the qualification requirements connected to a company registration certificate and financial capacity, and that there are no grounds for rejection due to taxes and duties. The contracting authority can get access to company information from the Brønnøysund Register Centre and arrears from the Norwegian Tax Authority. Before the contracting authority can obtain information through eBevis, you must give consent. This is done in Altinn. If you do not consent to the use of eBevis, the requested documentation must be submitted manually.
