Provision, implementation and support of a Time and Attendance solution and associated services

Description

The Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) wishes to engage in a Pre-Market Consultation (PMC) exercise in relation to the provision, implementation, and support of a Time and Attendance solution and associated services. The Contracting Authority is responsible for the running of the Houses of the Oireachtas, or Irish Parliament (Dáil Éireann, Seanad Éireann and Oireachtas Committees), and acts as governing body of the Houses of the Oireachtas Service (“the Service”). The Service is the public service body that provides parliamentary administration services to the Houses of the Oireachtas on behalf of the Contracting Authority. The Service provides advice and support services to the Commission, the Houses and their Committees, to Members of the Houses (i.e. TDs and Senators - the elected representatives, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Members”) and to the Members political staff / employees. There are 7 Contracting Authority locations, with 30 clocking terminals spread throughout these locations. All locations have strict access and security requirements.
