Description

Please note that this market consultation is NOT a tender opportunity. SVUH is surveying the market and gathering information with this consultation. SVUH does not require operators/providers to provide complete offers or any specific documents. Operators are welcome to provide any information they deem useful in any free format they wish. SVUH will not provide any documents other than this Description. All information will be handed with confidentiality as commercially sensitive and will only serve to inform any future requirement of SVUH. SVUH does NOT require any pricing information (prices or costs). With this consultation, SVUH does not pre-announce or commit to launch a tender opportunity of this kind or similar. St Vincent's University Hospital (SVUH) may have a need for a Roster Management System for General Medical On-Call rotas (Registrars, SHOs, and Interns), the Anaesthetics rota and the Surgical On-Call rota. SVUH requires a platform and services to support the generation, maintenance and optimisation of rosters for the specialties mentioned, and potentially for other categories of clinical and surgical staff at c. 200 staff. This requires compliance with nationally agreed rostering rules and to eliminate 24-hour shifts. In order to achieve compliance, roster optimisation services are required. SVUH is looking for the following information: 1. What are the systems available in the market, which fit the above description? 2. What are the available pricing models i.e. pricing tiers based on the number of users or features available? 3. Are there any barriers SVUH should anticipate? 4. What are the assumptions and expectations of the providers in the market? 5. What information would providers require in order to provide a best and final offer? Similarly, what kind of questions would they want to ask SVUH as a potential buyer? These questions are indicative of the information SVUH is hoping to gather and are offered for providers to structure their response. Providers who kindly take part in this market consultation do not need to answer all or any of them. SVUH wishes to thank in advance for their time and effort any providers who kindly express interest and volunteer information in this market consultation.
