Project Management Services to support a National Climate Action Communications and Engagement Programme

This RFT is to seek Project Management Services to support the strategic development and delivery of the National Climate Action Communications and Engagement Programme. That programme will include: 1. Developing an overarching climate communications and information campaign, that supports people to understand climate change and the benefits of collective Climate Action. 2. Developing a concurrent and co-ordinated interactive dialogue and engagement programme, nationally and locally. 3. Providing specific engagement opportunities to those who are vulnerable to the transition or who feel disenfranchised. 4. Positioning Ireland as a global leader in climate communications and collective climate action. Significant expertise in the delivery of large-scale programmes of this kind at pace including project management and administrative expertise have been identified as external resources required to ensure the timely delivery of this programme. Project Management services are sought to support the delivery of this programme. Project Management Services will include the refinement of an agreed roadmap, outputs (deliverables), outcomes (impacts) and KPIs, and the development and implementation of a measurement system.
