North Hertfordshire District Council 'the Council' currently supplies, maintains, and monitors assistive technology to 580 users living with epilepsy in Hertfordshire. The Council seeks to procure epilepsy monitoring equipment which is easily adjustable, durable, and, suitable for storage in vans. Furthermore, the Council seeks equipment to detect a range of seizure types and other indicators of epilepsy, such as pulse and acoustic monitoring. The Council receives approximately 20 referrals every month for users living with epilepsy.<br />
