Trøndelag County, with associated municipalities, intends to extend call-offs made under a framework agreement with Konica Minolta Business Solutions Norway AS. The duration of the extension is from the current call-off and in the shortest possible period thereafter. However, not longer than 30.06.24. The extension is made with regard to the period of time the Contracting Authority needs to established a new agreement. The extension is made with regard to the period of time the Contracting Authority needs to established a new agreement. Call-offs will not be made against the current framework agreement after the original date of completion. A tender contest for the procurement of multifunction printers was published in the beginning of 2023. The contracting authority was obliged to cancel the tender contest due to ambiguities in the tender documentation. The cancellation means that it is impossible to publish a new tender contest and enter into agreements that overlap the current framework agreement. Multifunction printers are considered as critical infrastructure that the contracting authority cannot be without for short periods of time. This especially applies to colleges and the dental care service. The contracting authority is therefore dependent on a seamless transition between contract periods The contracting authority has initiated work on a revised version of the tender documents and intends to call for a new tender contest by the end of Q2 2023, with the signing of the contract during autumn of 2023.
