Contract for printouts, copying, and scanning delivered as a service based on a SLA The contract will be formed as a SSA-L. All existing machines will be replaced with new machines from the start-up. Lot 1: The intention of the procurement is to ensure that the municipality has a future orientated, user friendly, and secure system for the production of printouts, copying, and scanning. The system must see to all administrative processes connected to operation and administration. Contract aim: - The tenderer has general responsibility for all services - The municipality has secure and user friendly systems for printouts, copying, and scaning - All costs are directly related to the use of the service - The system is in line with the municipality's sustainability goal
