Procurement of printing, scanning, and copying as a service.

Description

The Royal Court, (hereafter DKH or contracting authority), invites tenderers to a contest with negotiations for the procurement of a service contract for the hire of printers, accessories, and the accompanying service and maintenance services. Lot 1: DKH would like to procure a service contract for the hire of floor-standing printers for the Royal Palace in Oslo and Skaugum in Asker Municipality. 'Printers' or 'MFP' in the tender documentation means, unless clearly stated otherwise, multifunction machines for printing, scanning, and copying. The contract is to be set up as a contract for 'printing as a service'. I.e., the contract will include the hire and delivery of printers with accessories, installation, and commissioning in DKH's network, service and maintenance, operation, and the return of printers if they are replaced or at the end of the contract. In other words, tenders from tenderers must include the total price for the hire, use, and maintenance. This also means that DKH does not have to negotiate with any third party for the delivery to be complete. In addition to the above-mentioned printers, DKH also has some minor and simpler printers/table printers, etc., as well as a special printer for special printed matter.
