The scope of work comprises of a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to undertake and manage the planned and reactive maintenance and voids works coverage for its housing stock. This includes the provision of a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year emergency response service. During public holidays rota information and contact information to be shared with HHP. The contractor will be required to liaise with HHP to develop an emergency pack.
