Åkrehamn treatment plant B1 - building, electro, and HVAC and sanitation

Karmøy Municipality will construct a new sewage treatment plant in Åkrehamn in accordance with the requirements in the pollution regulations and the emission licence issued by the County Governor in Rogaland on 8 January 2019 with the accompanying terms. The treatment plant will be a primary treatment plan that is suitable for secondary treatment. The plant will consist of a process hall and personnel building that is physically connected to the process hall. The treatment plant will be located at Tjøsvoll west - part of cadastral no. 13, title no. 318, which is regulated for the purpose. Lot 1: The procurement will be made as two turnkey contracts, one for the treatment process M1 and one for building engineering, electro, and HVAC and sanitation, as well as pipeline and outdoor installations B1. Malmberg AS was engaged as the machine contractor for turnkey contract M1 process after a contest, and has formulated the necessary basis for constructional adaptations to the process hall for the chosen machinery. This procurement, contract B1, comprises the complete delivery of a turnkey contract for the complete, operative, and turnkey building, technical installations, and outdoor installations. There will also be work that the tenderer carries out outside the construction site such as engineering design services, procurements and pre-fabrication.
