Lot 1: New Build Housing Construction (H2) The modification relates solely to an extension of the H2 New Build Housing Construction Framework Agreement. The extension will enable contracting authorities to continue accessing the framework whilst the replacement procurement is completed and mobilised. There are no changes to the scope of the framework, the services and works available, the geographical coverage, lot structure, appointed suppliers, pricing mechanism or the framework terms and conditions. No new projects will be initiated under this framework once the replacement framework H3 is live.
