CON01 20-21 Development of a Secure Bilingual Inspection System

Description

We wish to appoint and work with an approved and experienced contractor to undertake the development of our bilingual inspection system. . We are seeking a supplier to develop a new bilingual inspection system that will continue to provide the functionality of the current system but will also: . · improve the user-experience . · reduce external support requirements and allow Estyn to customise the system, e.g. make changes to template documents, more easily . · be more agile and provide more flexibility to add functionality . · reduce overall costs, e.g. licensing, hosting and maintenance . · use technologies that can continue to be supported . · maintain high levels of security . The ‘system’ will be maintained and supported by the supplier, initially for a period of 12 months.
