Vascular and thoracic surgery for the health trusts in Norway

On behalf of the four regional health authorities (RHF) and subsidiary health trusts (HF), Sykehusinnkjøp HF [the Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust] shall procure Vascular and Thoracic surgical equipment with associated consumables. Lot 1: The pending procurement concerns a framework agreement for procurement of Vascular and Thoracic surgical equipment with associated consumables for health trusts in Helse Vest RHF [the Western Norway Regional Health Authority], Helse Sør-Øst RHF [South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority], Helse Midt-Norge RHF [Central Norway Regional Health Authority] and Helse Nord RHF [the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority]. The procurement includes 6 main lots: - Vascular prosthesis open surgery - Endovascular surgery - Endovenous treatment - Shunts - Occlusion catheters - Embolectomy/thrombectomy/valvular clips This is the third time a national procurement is being held for Vascular and thorax surgery equipment. The estimated annual turnover is approx. NOK 65 million. The maximum procurement value over 4 years NOK 340 million.
