Provision of Services in the Field of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Compliance

Description

The EIF is launching this procurement procedure in anticipation of increased volumes and corresponding fluctuations in KYC related tasks to be handled in the context of upcoming and recurring KYC periodic reviews and other remediation exercises with typically ambitious deadlines. In general terms, the lot 1 will include a variety of KYC and compliance related tasks as well as tax compliance, but predominantly ensuring the KYC Documentation for EIF counterparties is complete and up to date. Under the lot 2 it is requested to provide specialist advice to assist the EIF KYC team with either ad hoc regulatory or other queries in the compliance field or to strategically assist with the further development of the EIF KYC function in line with market best practice. The Head of EIF KYC and head of Compliance Transaction Unit where applicable will supervise the service providers awarded a framework agreement.
