Description
Concessions for the banking spaces within the Adenauer and Schuman buildings of the European Parliament in Luxembourg. The European Parliament is looking for two bank agencies, belonging to two different banking establishments, to be installed in its property complex in Luxembourg. The European Parliament's building stock in Luxembourg is occupied by some 2 700 officials and agents. These premises are accessible to all the European Union institutions’ staff, but not to the public. The banking spaces will be made available free of charge; however, the concessionaire will be required to pay its share of the costs related to the operation of the premises in question (share of electricity, gas, water consumption as well as the costs of cleaning, maintenance and building security). The fee will be recalculated proportionally to any change in the surface areas.
