Description

The Contracting Authority values all passengers equally and recognises that persons with reduced mobility and passengers with specific needs have varying individual needs and preferences. For passengers with reduced mobility and passengers with specific needs, the Contracting Authority commits to providing facilities and services to meet these needs to ensure a comfortable journey through the airport. As a result, the Contracting Authority has a requirement for a supplier to provide assistance services to passengers with reduced mobility, and passengers with specific needs, across Dublin Airport campus from a designated point of arrival to their point of departure from the airport, including embarking and disembarking aircraft. The following sites are covered under this service contract: Dublin Airport – full campus, including long term car parks, short term car parks, taxi ranks, all coach and bus parks, Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and airside activities. Notwithstanding the above the successful company will provide assistance to/from any point on the airport campus. The scope of these sites is subject to change and may increase or decrease as required.
