Market Engagement for Installation of Solar Photovoltaic Panels on Public Buildings

Renfrewshire Council have a requirement to extend their existing Photovoltaic arrays on existing sites with the requirement of installations at some new sites. There is also a requirement for annual servicing and maintenance and reactive maintenance of all non-domestic solar PV installations. Lot 1: At this stage the strategy for the procurement is still being developed and the Contracting Authority is seeking to engage with the market to take views from Contractors within the industry to gather market views on Procurement Route and Form of Contract. The Contracting Authority has prepared a market engagement questionnaire "Installation of Solar Photovoltaic Panels on Public Buildings - Market Engagement Questionnaire " which is included as an additional document.. Interested market participants are invited to complete and return the questionnaire to the Council at louise.bishop@renfrewshire.gov.uk by 4pm on 23 June 2026. The publication of this notice does not oblige the Contracting Authority to commence a procurement process in respect of any or all of works referred to in this notice.
