This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to a project to establish a Contract for the Provision of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Maintenance & Associated Services (2026-30) (UOS-39265-2025) at the University of Strathclyde. Lot 1: The University of Strathclyde (“the University”) is seeking to establish a contract to support the delivery of activities outlined below. This Contract will include, however, will not be limited to: - Maintenance, inspection, and servicing of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems owned, operated, or managed by the University of Strathclyde: - Implement a structured maintenance (PPM) program: - Allocate resources for ongoing inspections, servicing, and repairs: - Maintain compliance with warranties, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards; and - Monitor performance metrics to ensure expected energy yields..
