Description

The primary objective of this requirement is to appoint a Supplier to develop and deliver a structured Get Exporting Cross Border 8-step programme. The programme will be completed by 60 SMEs from across the island, comprising Ireland-based Food and Beverage businesses and Northern Ireland-based Manufacturing and Tradeable Services businesses. The Supplier will deliver the programme on behalf of InterTradeIreland and will have full responsibility for overall programme management and the coordinated delivery of all programme activities in accordance with the scope and the contract terms and conditions. The Supplier must have the capacity to effectively deliver the project in line with the specified requirements. This includes ensuring the project is adequately resourced with personnel who have the requisite skills and experience to manage all aspects of the programme. The Supplier must maintain consistent and timely communication, regularly updating the Buyer with project progress, submitting claims on time, and ensuring all reporting is completed as per agreed timelines. The Supplier must have the resources necessary to meet the demands of this project and fulfil all requirements, including timely communications, reporting, and overall management. The Supplier’s team of consultants must possess a strong understanding of the key markets (Northern Ireland / Ireland), and the Manufacturing and Tradeable Services sectors. The Supplier must commit to working in partnership with Enterprise Ireland Get Exporting Team and its appointed programme delivery agent, given the referred Enterprise Ireland applicants to InterTradeIreland, (NI cross border export focused SME’s).
