Description

Award of contract notice in accordance with the national regulations, the Public Procurement Regulations FOR-2016-08-12-974, (the procurement regulations), section 30-4: The contracting authority is not obliged to follow part IV, except section 30-7, when entering into contracts for health and social services for individual users, provided that: (a) it is not possible to hold a proper competition without giving out confidential information on the user; and (b) the user does not consent to giving out such information, or only consents to giving out such information to one or several specific suppliers. Grimstad Municipality, c/o the Health and Welfare Sector maintains that the terms for a service procurement in accordance with the public procurement regulations, section 30-4 are fulfilled, and that a contract for services from Signo Vivo, organisation No 974116960, can run until it is terminated, and within a maximum 10 year duration.
