Service concession for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA) in Froland Municipality

Description

The contracting authority invites tenderers to apply for the award of a service concession for the service of practical assistance, organised as user-controlled personal assistance (BPA). The service user-controlled personal assistance (BPA) is provided in accordance with: - The Health and Care Services Act § 3-8 User-controlled personal assistance: The municipalities must offer personal assistance pursuant to § 3-2, first paragraph no. 6(b), in the form of practical assistance and training, organised as user-controlled personal assistance. - The Patient and User Rights Act § 2-1 d. Right to user-controlled personal assistance. The contracting authority is obliged to make its purchases of BPA services from tenderers with whom it has signed a service concession contract. The choice of the individual BPA user will determine which provider(s) the contracting authority will order BPA services from. After placing the order, the tendererrs are obliged to provide the services within the framework of applicable laws and regulations, the municipalities' individual decisions on BPA and the attached contract.
