Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) intends to establish Framework Agreements for all Buildings Maintenance improvements and alterations across the FLS estate. FLS manages a large number of buildings (including offices, stores, workshops and deer larders) across Scotland and requires contractors to provide buildings maintenance and improvement works.
